My Boss and me

This is not one of my original creations but having found it, i was too keen to put it up...

When I take a long time,
I am slow.
When my Boss takes a long time,
He is through!
When I do things too fast,
I am careless.
When my Boss does things in,
He is a Pro!
When I don't do a thing,
I am lazy.
When my Boss doesn't do it,
He is too Busy!
When I do something without being told,
I am trying to be smart.
When my Boss does the same,
It is initiative!!
