- the yellow roofed black taxis: they r here, there and everywhere.
- red coloured match box type buses.
- the simply dressed people: simplicity is their fashion statement.
- the traffic: though nobody seems to be in a hurry but be sure that u have ample travellin time. i missed seein most of mumbai coz of this reason. :(
- the chowpati n the food: channa jor garam, pani puri, pav bhaji, pulav and the famous vada pav(missed it again)
- nariman point: cud sit there for hrs and hrs just staring at the sea and seein the sunset...
- the heaviness in the air. caught a mild cold coz of the humidity there...
- the billboards: giant hoardings of frida pinto, Raj Thackeray, 555 chai etc etc...
- the high rises and the dilapidated buildings and the slums: it is this sharp contrast in the the buildings that amazed me the most... there are the corporate houses tall shiny shinny sparkling clean glass buildings , then u have the buildings with caged windows and algae ridden walls and then u have the slums (which need no description).
- n last but not the least my best friend: she can keep u engrossed for hrs by her stories.
